"Healthy" gets used on a lot of packaging, but it doesn't always mean much. Here's a straightforward look at what we think actually matters when you're choosing a snack.
Check the Ingredients List
A short, recognisable ingredients list is usually a good sign. Our dried fruit and nuts are simple by nature — for most products, the only ingredient is the fruit or nut itself.
Know the Difference Between Natural and Added Sugar
Dried fruit naturally contains sugar as part of the fruit — that's different from sugar added during processing. If added sugar matters to you, check the label: some of our products, like our No Added Sugar mango, have none added at all, while naturally sweet fruits like dates are simply sweet on their own.
Look Beyond the Marketing
Words like "natural," "wholesome" or "healthy" aren't regulated terms — they don't guarantee anything on their own. The nutritional panel tells you far more than the front-of-pack claims.
Portion Matters
Nuts and dried fruit are nutrient-dense, which is great, but it also means portions add up quickly. A small handful goes further than you'd think.
Our Approach
We keep our ingredients simple and our nutritional information clearly listed on every product page, so you can make your own call on what fits your diet — no exaggerated claims, just the facts.
